Working with Sciocore: A Step-by-Step Guide

Before contacting Sciocore for your project, there are a few things you should have ready. Make sure you have a clear understanding of your project requirements and objectives. Additionally, gather any relevant materials, such as images, videos, or documents, that will be needed during the development process. Having these prepared will help ensure a smooth start to your project with Sciocore.

1. Making Contact
The process at Sciocore begins with reaching out to our team. You can contact us through our website, email, or phone. Provide us with an overview of your project and the services you require. We will respond promptly to discuss the details and determine how we can best assist you.

2. Reviewing the Project Proposal
After initial contact, you will receive a project proposal from Sciocore. Take your time to carefully review the proposal, considering all the aspects and requirements mentioned. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to inquire. You can also discuss the proposal with your colleagues or team members to gather additional insights. Remember, the project proposal is not set in stone, and we are open to accommodating changes or alterations based on your feedback.

3. Moving Forward
Once you have reviewed the project proposal and discussed it with your team, it’s time to make a decision on whether to proceed with Sciocore. If you choose to move forward, let us know, and we will initiate the next steps in the process.

4. Project Details and Estimate
After confirming your decision to proceed, you will be required to fill out an online form providing all the necessary information about your project. Once we receive the completed form, we will send you the project details and a final estimate within 48 hours. The estimate will include the total cost of the project and an invoice for the initial deposit, typically 50% of the total cost. Additionally, you will receive some useful information related to the project, including an estimated timeline for completion.

It’s important to note that if Sciocore is currently at its client limit and unable to immediately begin your project, this information will be communicated to you in advance. In such cases, you have the option to secure your place in line by paying a 10% deposit. The remaining 40% will be due when we are ready to start your project. These delays are rare and usually last no longer than a couple of weeks.

5. Tracking Progress and Communication
Once your deposit has been paid and the project is underway, Sciocore will provide you with a URL that allows you to monitor the progress being made on your project. During this phase, it is possible that additional communication between you and your assigned developer will be necessary. We value your feedback, and if any revisions are required, we will ensure they are addressed until you are fully satisfied with the results.

6. Finalizing the Project
Once you are satisfied with the completed project, you will notify us, and we will send you a final invoice. Upon payment, you will receive the full un-watermarked content files or have the option to transfer the project’s contents to your own server or web host. This step marks the completion of the project, and you will have full control over your product(s) from this point forward.
